With over 100 years of farming roots in the Nunes family, and nearly 25 years of winemaking; crafting, fermenting and perfecting the beverage-making process; Taproot Brewing Co. was born in 2018. Equipped with a state-of-the-art seven-barrel brewhouse, the brewing team of owner John Nunes and brewer Kevin Beachem, focus on unfiltered hop-forward beers made in small batches and meant to be enjoyed immediately for the ultimate freshness.
Come for the beer and nosh on our farm-focused menus, artisanal cheeses, or house-made pretzels – for an afternoon overlooking the vines.

Tasting flights and pints are offered *daily* (no reservations). Our kitchen is open Tuesday – Sunday currently. Mondays are walk-in bar service & retail only. Bar service is first come, first serve daily (reservations are required for Saturdays – see here). All reservations are for 90 minutes.
*Reservations are released two weeks in advance, at 10am each day.*
Please note that Fridays & Saturdays in May, plus select Sundays (May 29), we are upstairs in our Overlook space with a separate dining menu.
