Enjoy wine and Taproot beer flights, glasses, pints, and farm to table fare from our kitchen. Available for both lunch AND dinner, enjoy an afternoon or evening overlooking the seasonal vines, or our working winery and brewery. Reservations are required.

Reservations are suggested as walk-ins are limited. The current maximum reservation size is 8 guests.

Open year-round, we are currently offering indoor seating in our open, airy spaces. All our spaces are fully distanced, with high ceilings and ample space throughout our 30,000 square foot facility. Additionally we are proud that we have earned a 100% score from the RI DOH on our COVID preparedness.

Taproot Reservations

  • Advance reservations are required, and full name and contact information will be asked. Please do not arrive on property without a reservation.
  • There is an 1.5 hour limitation on all table reservations.
  • Our current maximum reservation size is 8 guests – and table availability for large parties is limited. Split groups are not permitted.
  • No party buses at this time.
  • Masks must be worn at all times when indoors, including at your table when speaking to your server, masks may only be removed when eating or drinking, or if you are seated outdoors.
  • Please arrive as close to your reservation time as possible, and enter at the main winery entrance to then check in at the Winery Host Stand.
  • Upon arrival you will be directed to signage to assist you with a self screening process. All guests will be required to self screen before entering the restaurant.
  • Social distancing guidelines must be followed while on property.
  • Credit cards are the preferred method of payment.
  • You will be assigned an available table upon check in. Please do not move or switch tables that you were assigned to.
  • There will only be one check per table. Unfortunately we cannot split checks at this time.
  • Last reservation is 1 hour before close. Last call for food or beverage service is 15 mins before close.
  • Please dress appropriately for the day’s weather, even while indoors we will keep doors and windows open weather permitting.
  • At the conclusion of your reservation you are welcome to shop in our Marketplace, however there is no congregating or lingering on the grounds permitted at this time.
  • At this time unfortunately we are not allowing dogs on property.

About The Brewery

Straight from our farm brewery to your glass.

With over 100 years of farming roots in the Nunes family, and nearly 25 years of winemaking; crafting, fermenting and perfecting the beverage-making process; Taproot Brewing Co. was born in 2018. Equipped with a state-of-the-art seven-barrel brewhouse, the brewing team of owner John Nunes and brewer Kevin Beachem, focus on unfiltered hop-forward beers made in small batches and meant to be enjoyed immediately for the ultimate freshness.

Come for the beer and nosh on our farm-focused menus, artisanal cheeses, or house-made pretzels – for an afternoon overlooking the vines. Or join us upstairs at Brix for our dinner hours, where Taproot beers will be flowing paired with Brix’s signature scratch fare.

*All reservations are available for 1.5 hours max. All reservations are held indoors throughout our Taproom and Meadow Room, fully distanced, with high ceilings and ample space.*

*Reservations for Saturdays are released week-by-week each Monday at 10am. Other dates are released monthly, at the end of each month.*
